Boss tracker, last updated November 5, 2026. Guild Wars: Afterlife is announced, not released (planned January 13, 2027). Official materials confirm three enemy factions in the Unformed — Nightmares, Ancient Golems and the Cult of Odran — and that the dungeon’s boss changes every run. A named boss roster, mechanics and numbers do not exist publicly yet. This page tracks what is real and refuses to invent the rest.

The Three Announced Factions

Nightmares

Long-suffering souls in Xotecha can become Nightmares — grief weaponized. The deepest dive is the Nightmares.

Ancient Golems

Announced constructs of the Unformed. No unit types, stats or mechanics published.

Cult of Odran

An announced cult inside the region. Their lore implications are on the Xotecha Lore.

A Boss That Changes Every Run

The single most important boss fact: the Unformed’s map, encounters and boss re-roll each run (Unformed Dungeon Guide). That means “the boss guide” can never be a fixed list — it will be a living catalog on this wiki after launch, updated from real runs. Cross-profession Skill Drafting is the confirmed tool for adapting to whatever a run rolls.

Not Announced — And We Will Not Fake It

  • Named bosses, boss health or damage values
  • Encounter mechanics, phases or weak points
  • Boss rewards or drop rates
  • Which faction anchors which encounter type

Every one of these will be documented from live gameplay after January 13, 2027.

How We Will Build the Boss Catalog

    • Verify each faction’s unit roster from play
    • Record boss ability kits per run archetype
    • Publish encounter-by-encounter counter-draft suggestions
    • Log confirmed drops and reward tiers
    • Re-verify after every content update
